Re-calibrate yourself and your team

Sometimes things get messy. Sometimes we get caught up in the fine details that we can’t see the wood for the trees. We get pulled into someone else’s idea of how we should be and how we need to express ourselves to run our team.

And then sometimes as leaders we need to step back and have a good look at how to make things simple again.

As leaders it’s our job to take moments and have a good look at the big picture.

We need to see where our teams are heading and where we are heading as leaders. Do our actions align with the big picture and goals we have? Once it’s all thought about we can then re-calibrate both ourselves and our team to come more into alignment with our goals.

So my challenge to you this week is to take a moment, step back and re-calibrate both yourself and your team where needed.
