Middle Leader
Coaching and Mentoring
Are you a leader of an organisation or school who is intent on growing your middle leaders, but not quite sure how?
Are you spending time mentoring and coaching them on-the-hop and feel you could be supporting them better?
Maybe with the best of intent, you place them on a one-day course, but these are like a drop in the ocean; they provide some tools, but once back in the face of work, their use can fall-over. This leaves them feeling frustrated and confused, and can sometimes make an even bigger problem for you to deal with, and will eat into your already precious time.
You can see the gold in them, and just wish you had the time and energy to nurture it.
When we consider how long it has taken you to become an expert in your field…10-15 years? Just as you spent years honing your craft, developing a leader also needs time and guidance.
This can be difficult. Despite the fact that you may give them as much of your time in mentoring, as their leader you also have other things on your plate to take care of.
You can’t be everything to everyone.
Sometimes they need to hear the same guidance you have given them from a different voice.
Sustained development of your leaders requires a deep, strategic and personalised approach.
What’s missing is an approach that supports middle leaders to understand deeply who they are, how they operate, what their ‘gold’ is, and what they need to pivot on to effectively lead others.
Someone who works with you as the organisation/school leader to support the vision.
Someone who can walk alongside your middle leaders to coach and mentor them and isn’t afraid to ask the hard questions, whilst raising them up to be their best.
So how does it work?
Thanks for asking!

From there, we can see if it will meet your needs.
